Supplies for 5th grade students are necessary to be prepared for class each day. Please make every effort to have all supplies turned in to your child’s teacher on or before the first day of school. Supplies will be replenished throughout the year on an “as needed” basis. Supplies will be collected and used throughout the year as needed. Do not put your child’s name on his/her supplies that will be collected by the teacher. 

**A $25 donation for additional materials that will be used for lessons during the school year-this is used to do fun lessons that require other needed supplies**
